There is no easy way to say this so I’ll rip off the bandaid: my time with Buoy is coming to an end in a few weeks.

When I joined Team Buoy no one had met him yet and I knew nearly nothing about hockey (except what I had read in books) and now, I love the sport and the city of Seattle has grown to love the little weirdo that Buoy is. For four years, Buoy and I have been attached at the hip and learning to speak troll has been the greatest joy of my life.

I’m so excited to share what’s coming next for me soon but, in the meantime expect lots of sappy posts about my love for my friends, family and the city of Seattle.

And to Buoy, gonna miss you bud, you are the best troll I know and I’m thankful for every moment I got to spend with you even when we were chased by bear and you were body slammed. Thanks for letting me stumble and learn how to do a million things by your side. I hope you keep squeaking your rubber chickens, kissing men and banging your drum. Keep all the people I’ll miss company 💙🧌🤘 by @haileymrobinson
