as some of you may know, over the summer i got diagnosed with crohn’s disease. it’s been a really tough couple of months trying to figure out how to take care of myself and combat this disease. however, as hard as it is, i will never regret going to the doctor and getting a diagnosis. this week, for the new paltz oracle, i was able to use my voice to spread awareness about taking care of yourself and trusting your gut. i hope that you’ll give it a read!
