“Coffee, much like the human experience consists of many pieces”, was the start of my speech for open service. This year has fell nothing short of incredibly difficult, it is easy to forget how much support I have and even easier to stay stagnant when it all seems to be too much, but that’s something i’ve never been really good at. In life, as in coffee there is some new challenge, new equipment and something to learn and grow from.
Competing seemed like a far thought but for 2 months, with the support of my team and community I stayed focused.
