Love my early morning hikes when I’m in Missoula - hiking the M trail on MT sentinel is something I LOVE to do - I’ve been doing it since I first moved here 30 yrs ago !! Time flies …- drink some coffee on the way - get my music on & get some big O2 breathing in , killer workout and just makes me feel good ! Starts my day amazing ! It’s a OOH LA LA moment 💓! & totally Reboots my mind !

Hey upcoming stylists !!!
You have so much pressure nowadays to not just be an amazing hairstylist but be a photographer , video maker and editor !! 🤯😮‍💨
If you are one of the lucky ones that it comes easy to you - I applause you !!
But to the stylists out there who feeling overwhelmed I feel ya !!
To build and grow is tough but here’s a tip - don’t be hard on yourself - remember why you got into this industry in the first place - it was to create amazing hair and make people feel good - so focus on that :)
Perfect your craft and be in the moment of creating amazing hair , not trying to record it and edit !
The moment your client steps outside and walks down the street with your amazing creation - it is the best advert and marketing for YOU !
Don’t worry about followers 10,000 miles away - focus on the ones nearby that can actually BE IN your chair not just on your phone - to grow and build organically for longevity and success as a stylist - GOOD LUCK !
