I never loved bodybuilding. I started because I hated my body.

Training became part of who I am. Then I moved to Canada, life got heavier, and hating my body was no longer enough to keep going.

So I set a goal: step on stage. 5 months to rebuild. 8 months of prep. Under 10% body fat for the first time in my life.

Four months out, I fell. I binge ate and gained weight fast, and I showed it.

I kept going and took first place. But what people connected with was not the trophy. It was the fall.

So I built something. I won’t explain it here. I will say this: the plan was never the hard part. Anyone can send you a meal plan and a workout.

Since then I’ve kept improving it with every client.

If you’ve tried alone and never knew if you were doing it right, send me a message. by @haitam.che

Hated my body. Fell off more times than I can count. Got back up every time.

3 years. 2 falls. 13kg lost, 7kg regained, 9kg lost again. 2 gold medals.

If you don’t believe in yourself right now, I didn’t either. Start anyway. by @haitam.che

2025 taught me patience, discipline, and return. Fell off. Came back. Built. Cut. Learned.
2026: stronger faith, sharper mind, heavier lifts, lighter worries.

Almost the end of the year, and if there’s one thing I’ve realized lately, it’s that the beauty of life, and of having a purpose, really is in the journey, not the end goal. by @haitam.che
