I didn’t post much on Instagram this year, but since I started making HAKUBA KOMBUCHA,it’s been the year I shared my kombucha with the most people.

In Hakuba, many people already know kombucha,
and hearing “It’s delicious” always makes me happy.
At the same time, introducing it to someone for the first time has been just as special.

I started making kombucha because there was nowhere to drink it.Now, the moments when people enjoy a cup I’ve made have become my greatest joy.

Thank you so much to everyone I met this year.

See you in 2026🪽
I’ll keep making kombucha that gently fits into everyday life in Hakuba.🏔️🤍☃️ by @hakuba.kombucha
