I rarely lift this heavy, but knowing that *I CAN IF I NEED TO* gives me the level of confidence that my body is capable of doing incredible things if the situation calls for it.

My thinking goes like this, "what if my loved one falls and need to be transported to a safe place to get medical treatment?", or, "what if there's no one else to help?", or, "what if I could do something about it?"

Where do you put your time, energy, money, focus and intention? Where do you remove it from? Listen, getting your shit together during hard times is tough for everyone. You’re not alone. Everyone goes through it whether they tell you or not. It’s just that the ones who have the discipline to do the work are too busy to talk about how hard it is, so they keep focused. Life isn’t perfect, days get ugly, and shit happens, but that’s not the point; it’s progression over perfection.

I’m here to tell you that you have this more than you give yourself credit. You’re in this to do something profound. You have all the abilities and capabilities to do great things just as much as the next person. So, own where you are, no matter the circumstances, but more importantly, own where you want to go. Take responsibility for your life.
