A Tribute to Cube

This week, our beloved Cube passed away peacefully in our home surrounded by love, kisses, and the reassurance that we will see each other again. We are heartbroken and miss her beyond words. It's a pain and hurt that I feel in my bones.

Cube was with us for almost the entirety of Matt and I's relationship. She was our companion and best friend. The bond us 3 shared was special and makes her absence almost too much to bear. Life must go on, but we will always keep her memory alive and there won't be a day that goes by that we won't miss her and think of her.

In honor of Cube, we will be making a donation to a feline cancer research foundation, specifically for research related to squamous cell carcinoma. We are also looking into other ways to keep her memory alive and support feline cancer research or pet adoption agencies in general in Cube's name.

Cube spent her first couple years in my college house with friends. She met and was loved by many. As a good friend put it, she was a "legend." I'm so grateful for Cube's life and for all the years we shared together! I wish I could have her has a kitten and do it all over again. See you on the other side my Cubie 💔 by @hal_bop

Sleepovers at Auntie's means... Target shopping spree for new toys, homemade pancakes and being Auntie's sous chef... Playing baseball with Grandpa.. and staying up way too late and getting up way too early 😴😴 ♥️ wouldn't have it any other way. #nephews #ianlouieper by @hal_bop
