Had my first strongman competition yesterday at @evolve_ft. Got fourth place overall. Not bad for just three months of #strongman training. Tied for first on the Bavarian deadlift, got second on the push medley which was a nice surprise, tied for 5th on the hay Bale toss which makes sense because I had zero training on it, farmers carry to stone I tied for 4th. Got 2 reps on the stone which is good because three weeks ago I couldnt even get one rep. And finally the Hercules hold I got fourth place.

Big thanks to @alldayphysique for being an amazing coach! And congrats on your second strongman victory!

The goal is to take home a first place medal next year in a strongman comp. I know I'll make it. by @halalcoach

5 weeks out from my first StrongMan competition, wanted to try my comp weight for the keg. I think if I did a push press I would have gotten at least one press. Anyway I'm very happy since a week ago 120lbs was almost impossible and today I was able to get 150 to my shoulder.

My client George just hit his year-long goal of a 300 lb deadlift. It's been a long road and he's worked his ass off for this. Not only is he a lot stronger physically he's a lot stronger mentally than he was when I started working with him. I'm super proud of him and I'm excited for what we're going to do next. Lots more hard work ahead!

Raw Meet 2026 was a lot of fun at #topstrength. I won first place in tested Sub Masters and second place in the Open category. I also set 4 state records, squat at 357lbs, Bench at 336lbs and deadlift at 527lbs.

Big thanks to my coach @alldayphysique for the help! Next meet we do together is going to be crazy!

My client Wendy, a 76 year old female powerlifter with 2 state records working on a national record in November. Powerlifting is for anyone who wants to be as strong as their body will allow them to be. I train people of all ages to be the strongest version of themselves.

532 lb deadlift 13 days out from my next meet. Definitely had more on me and considering my body felt like it had been run over by a truck I'm pretty happy with the result. I still want 550 for the meet I'm pretty confident I can do it.
