HALNMALOWEEN IS BACK, AND WE’RE GOING DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE.

On Saturday, October 31, the entire building gets taken over for our biggest, wildest Halloween party yet. Smokies, Jombi, and The Band Belhaven will be bringing the live music to the Big Room stage, with DJ Young Venom and High Street keeping the whole place moving late into the night. Plus, Red Room Skaraoke with SG and face painting by Twisted Oreo.

Plus, bring your best costume for a shot at the $500 grand prize.

Midnight Margaritas is taking over Fridays from 9PM–midnight with Skaraoke w/ SG, late night DJs, Halnmaloween giveaways, and plenty of reasons to show up in costume. Come for the tequila, stay until someone inevitably sings “I Put a Spell on You.”

We’re counting down the days until @emonightkaraoke returns to the Red Room 🎤

Emo Night Karaoke is headlining Hal & Mal’s on Friday, October 23 featuring you on lead vocals!

The band features seasoned professional musicians who play warped tour & when we were young festival and are in real touring bands. We’ll be playing your favorite songs from back in the day, live on stage with YOU as the lead singer!

With a setlist of 100+ pop punk and emo songs, full concert production, and visuals, this is a can’t-miss event. Song sign-ups are first come, first served at the show, with lyrics scrolling on multiple TVs, and the band will even help with backup vocals if needed. Thacker Mountain Radio Hour, the music and literature show based in Oxford, MS, is bringing its award-winning program to the 83rd National Folk Festival in Jackson, MS!

The show will help kick off the three-day festival weekend with its performance on Thursday, November 12 at 7PM at Hal and Mal’s. This special collaboration is sponsored by @visitjacksonms and @visitoxfordms

Guests will include author and educator, Bradley Sides, as well as National Folk Festival artists Rebolú, a premier Afro-Colombian ensemble, and Dat Mighty 9 feat. Big Chief Romeo, a high-energy Mardi Gras Indian ensemble from New Orleans.

Doors open at 6PM. Admission is $15 in advance, and $20 at the door. Tickets are on sale NOW at the link in bio. by @halandmalslive
