As you may know, my family is still unhoused. We are working, but unable to save anything. Mutual aid has been a critical part of our survival this year, and we are endlessly grateful to those who have helped.

Another great way to support our family through my artwork, is by becoming a Patron. For as little as $5/month, you can get all my behind-the-scenes content, my weird ramblings, my work-in-progress updates and more - plus physical artwork in the mail every month! The payments help supplement and stabilize my monthly income.

Join before the end of the month and get 20% off any one print in my shop.

As a painter, I always strove for precision - clean lines, smooth curves, precise placement. I never achieved it, even when working digitally. Now I'm learning to be okay with wonky, crooked stitches. Because AI can't do this. #HumanMade #TextileArt #halaylahstudios by @halaylah

Early morning #Buffy rewatches are a longstanding tradition with me. This morning I watched the S2 Halloween episode and carved the backs of the eraser stamps from a few days ago. Now I have six swirly designs.

What I'm working on today.

I drew the designs on the pink erasers yesterday, and carved them this morning while watching an episode of #Buffy.

Now I gotta find some paint.
I haven't decided what color yet.

Fabric scrap collage / Stitch sampler.
This is the first one that I've been happy with how it's turned out. But I still have a LOT of fabric scraps & lots of stitches that I want to try. by @halaylah
