What’s your fav book you read this year so far?

Some shelves and a recent read <3
My first Kafka, it was quite the interesting book. It’s meant to function as an analyzation and critique of bureaucracy, and it’s very good at what it does. The long monologues I think aren’t needed at times, but besides, the book was very atmospheric and thought provoking, I could write a whole essay on it and the examples it provides for its critique. I loved the confusing nature of the system of the Castle and its head Klamm, one of my fav parts. by @halcyon.library
