Opening @fieldmaneuvers was a major Back to Ours meauxment & a dream come true. We soundtracked the final hour of finishing touches to the site & the arrival of a bunch of pals who got in early to see us ❤️❤️ The Lake stage sound packs a real punch! Good to hear our oddball dub & new wave tunes rumble the air & we could almost see the italo sparkle in the rain ☔️✨. Now That’s What I Call Music to put Tents up to VOL1™ ✅⛺️✅

HUGE thanks to @fieldmaneuvers @le.bt____ @hannahbg__ @mrhenrymorris_ @leon_s_c_____ for such an honour, and to everyone we’ve missed for another weekend of love, silliness and impeccable tunes. Oh and huge shouts the @sound_services crew for the insane speaker set up!! FM4EVAAAAA 💗👽💋 by @halcyonfaze

CAMP Arts and Music Residency - Part 1

“The Fire Is a Mirror: Music as Metaphor and Materiality” with Charles Curtis and @tashiwada

First workshop I was here for was all about microtonal tuning and probs more geared towards the classically trained, but still it was inspiring to be around such talented and devoted musicians and cooking meals to the sound of sine waves and cello dancing through the courtyard. Tashi and Charles were so warm and generous with their time and knowledge too.

First couple of weeks working here were pretty intense but managed to do lil bit of exploring around the village and marked the full moon with a tarot reading with @stelloid and @sometimes_just_umbrellas deep in the darkness of the woods on a little footbridge over the river with the sounds of owls and occasional bats flying overhead 🧙‍♀️🔮

Was a real honour to help build Watching Trees this year, such a solid crew pulling it all together and filling that space with love and intention. Hard work but not a single moment of stress. Huge love and thanks to the @watchingtreesfestival and @thisisransomnote crew for curating such a gorge little festival and @optimoespacio for holding the space in that closing set for a truly stunning moment of collective release 💗🪾🍃

Tomorrow night at @thecauselondon’s Halloween spesh we’re soundtracking the chill out room ~ think dream pop, psychedelic synths, spooky video game soundtracks & dubby vignettes. Plus, a piano set by our @barbs.co.uk.

When you need a calm(er) space for a bit of time out, head to Brut & make yourself at home. You’re in for a real (trick or) treat 🌹 Music from 10pm.
