A life update. 🤍

I’ve been waiting for the right time to share this, and with big changes starting in just a few weeks, it finally feels like the right moment.

This past year, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a weekend volunteer and youth leader at Red Rocks Church. What started as simply wanting to serve has become one of the greatest blessings of my life. Through every weekend and every conversation, God has continued to reveal the calling He’s placed on my heart.

If you know my story, you know my faith wasn’t built in the easy moments. Through loss, heartbreak, and uncertainty, God has remained faithful. Looking back, I can see how He has used every season to shape me into someone who wants nothing more than to help kids know the hope, love, and security found only in Jesus.

Which is why, I’m so excited (and honestly a little nervous) to share that next month I’ll be stepping into a nine-month internship with Kids Ministry at Red Rocks Church.

This decision wasn’t made lightly, and has required a lot of prayer, surrender, and trust, but the more I’ve sought the Lord, the more He’s made it clear this is where He’s calling me. I don’t know exactly what the next nine months will hold, but I know the One who does.

As I begin this new season, I’d love to ask for a few things.

First i’d love to ask for your prayers. Please pray that I remain faithful wherever God leads, that my heart always seeks His before my own, and that every child and family I serve experiences His love. My prayer is that this season would point people to Jesus, and be fully centered around glorifying Him.

Second, If the Lord places it on your heart to support me financially, I’d be so grateful. This is a nine-month unpaid internship, and any support helps make it possible for me to fully invest in this ministry. Above all else, I trust that God will provide exactly what I need.

Dad, this year has felt extra heavy on my heart. A year that was filled with accomplishments where all i wanted was you cheering me on, hardships where the only advice i wanted was yours, and even mistakes where your consequences was what i needed. Finishing a chapter of my life you didn’t experience with me is extra scary because i know there’s many more of those to come and i wish you were here for all of them. I know i’ve never left your sight and you’ve always been with me in some way, i just wish i could have you here physically so bad. 5 heavenly years living the life you always deserved, i miss you so much. by @haley__grace__
