Proud to have been nominated to my first Paralympics as a coach 🇨🇦❤️ and even more proud of how my athletes handled themselves over the course of a long, emotional competition.

There’s swimming fast, then there’s world record fast.

@nicholas.bennett_ can call him self a world record holder after he took the pool by storm 🌪️ swimming the S14 200 IM in a World Record time.

A brother-sister duo as close as these two makes for the ultimate athlete-coach relationship. Haley is one of only a few female head coaches in 🇨🇦 and Nick breaks records seemingly every time he’s in the pool.

These two are a force to be reckoned with, courageously sharing their stories to change the world for the better.
