Just finished a mural for Philz Coffee Castro Valley.

This included the main Banquette wall and a 3-sided bathroom wrap.

Color inspiration came from their honey latte and famous Mint Mojito.

I made this piece unexpectedly. It sort of came out of nowhere. I was painting with a friend. We were both going to attempt an “underpainting” technique. But in true fashion, I could not stay on course and veered off in a strange new direction. I thought ‘this is f*cked’ …I’ll just keep going bc it’s already going in the trash. That’s the best point of a painting because then you can truly get started.

I think I was painting better because I was with someone else, which made me focus longer. Body doubling anyone? I was considering doing an opening once a month where an artist can drop in and we paint together? Lmk. by @haleytitus.studio

Throwing it back to this major cutie in Lodi. 🫶🎨😍
The abstract shapes through out the mural are inspired by strands of hair and beauty tools like gua shua & micro blading.

Love to see how she uses the mural background to document her work and share services. 💫✨
