Hey there!

It’s been awhile since I’ve done an introduction post and there are a lot of new faces here so I figured now was a good time 🤩 My name is Haley. Welcome to my little slice of the interwebs!

I’m a 42 year old coaster enthusiast who really fell hard for this hobby about 4 years ago and never looked back. I’m mom to Jackson, who is almost 19, profoundly autistic and non-speaking.

Jackson’s special interest is theme parks and especially waterparks, and I share our adventures here regularly. Thank you so much for following along 🥰 Some of my very best friends now are “strangers I met on the internet”, so I love meeting new people in the parks whether it’s just to say hi or to grab a ride with them!

(Before anyone asks, yes I did edit out a family with a stroller and their grandma and grandpa on a scooter out of the foreground of this post, mainly to respect their privacy and also because it made everything look busy. As a result, the people standing close to the castle are now blurry because I’m still not the best at fine detail editing yet *keeping it real over here* 🥴🫠 Despite that, I just wanted to be candid about it so no one thought I had used AI or something. The Monster lives up to its name! Wild, fast, unexpected and insanely smooth (I mean, maybe not that last part for regular monsters…lmao, but still 🤣).

This coaster was such a delight in the middle of a state full of corn. You just never know what’s out there until you go honestly. Adventureland might be in a “flyover state” but in my opinion this park alone warrants a trip to Iowa. It was so charming and has such pristine vibes!

Our Summer 2026 Midwest Roadtrip comes to a close today in St. Louis, but I’m still thinking about how much fun our day at Adventureland was! The park has so much charm and character and Monster is just superb. It might seem as though parks like Adventureland in the Midwest aren’t worth making a trip for, but after this week I heartily disagree. If anything these parks have special things you’re not going to find anywhere else. I say if you can make the trip happen, it’s definitely worth it.

A stunning view of Nopuko Air Coaster just beyond the lilies at Lost Island themepark. It’s wild to think that this is how the sky looked when we arrived at the park, and just one hour later a massive storm had blown in and the park was closed for heavy rain and a tornado warning.

We missed out on the RMC and Intamin credits as a result sadly. I sincerely hope we will have better luck the next time around.

Had the most bittersweet hello & goodbye at Fun Spot Atlanta this past Saturday. Here’s the photo dump.

Hit my 250th coaster on Arie, got beat up by Hurricane, and made memories with cherished friends, old and new.

I sat on planes for half the day on Saturday to spend 3 hours in the park. This was truly a YOLO day, and I genuinely am so glad I made this happen.

This gem of a coaster will absolutely be missed.

I wanted to immortalize this photo here forever. This is from the Tormenta Rampaging Run commercial shoot at Six Flags Over Texas. I am in the middle row, second seat from the left with a pink shirt on.

This photo is currently being used on the attractions page of the website and it is very proud moment for me as a coaster enthusiast!

It was nearly 100 degrees on the afternoon they captured this photo and I was so drained after the shoot that part of me wondered if it was worth it. But then @immelmann_images told me he saw me on the website and I immediately felt like it had been worth the 3.5 hr drive to Dallas and the 3 hour shoot in the heat of the day.

When someone asks me how it was to experience ArieForce One for the first (and last 🥹) times, I’m going to show them this photo.

RMC really outdid themselves with this incredible coaster and I truly hope that someone will save it and move it because it is simply TOO good to just let it go.

I’ve had conversations over the years about the various RMC coasters I’ve ridden and how some of the elements made me like that particular coaster less or more depending on the forces and the placement within the ride.

ArieForce is perfection though, no changes needed. 10/10 no notes.

It’s hard to really understand how massive this thing is until you’re driving on a Dallas highway and can still spot it from MILES away.

This coaster is a powerhouse, and has a relatively smooth ride experience when you consider the forces and speeds it’s traveling at. That was a pleasant surprise! So was the part that had me greying out (it’s not what you think it will be!).

Definitely my favorite dive now. I cannot wait to get a night ride! While fun, rides in the 98 degree heat were INTENSE lol.

I like this photo of me and Jackson finishing our ride on Tiana’s so much I decided it deserved a permanent spot on my grid. We were in the very back of the boat and after one of the “smaller” drops inside the ride my ENTIRE butt got completely soaked 🤣🤣🤣 Jackson absolutely loved his first experience on this newly refurbed attraction, so it was worth it to me.

Gorgeous California skies and stunning intamin track. Does it get any better than that?! Still thinking about this gem of a coaster 2 months later. Just as good as it is pretty. Absolutely loved it.

Where you can find us for the foreseeable future 🤣 Summertime is here friends and we are soaking up the sun! We spent 2 hours in the wave pool with @coasterkody yesterday and had a blast. We were so busy having fun we forgot to take a photo even 🤣 This photo was taken at our home waterpark a couple of weekends ago.

I want the vibes of the guy in the back corner…he’s having the time of his life lol! Did a half day visit to SFFT on Saturday mainly for the #ft92fanevent, but I managed to squeeze in one ride on Iron Rattler and this baby. All I could think about at the top of the lift hill is how small this is going to feel after riding Tormenta 🤣🤣🤣
