My most important thing in my world turned 21 two days ago on the 20th! 21! Where in the hell did the time go??? Look at him now… he’s taller than me. Not bad for a 1st Semester Freshman.

Combine this with 4 A’s and a B and that’s one heck of a nice way to start your College Years.

Like everything in life it didn’t come so easily. He had bumps and some bruises along the way. But my Son keeps fighting… he finds a way to persevere…to keep moving forward.

I couldn’t be prouder of Liam and that has nothing to do with his achievements. It’s the way he carries himself. It’s because of who he is as a person inside. That’s why he wins. Thats why I’m as blessed as a Dad could be.

Just got home from dropping Liam off for his Freshman year at Endicott College, Class of 2028. He is all settled in and seems very comfortable in his new surroundings! His room is set, he and his roommate already fast friends, and his school is as beautiful a campus as I’ve seen.

Pulling out of the campus gates I felt a twinge of anxiety both for Liam and his new journey in hoping my son is safe, happy and gets everything he can from the experience but also the fact that my home and my life is empty without Liam’s daily presence in them… for the last 18 years, 338 days, 12 hours and 24 minutes he was my morning, noon and night… My reason for getting up in the morning… my reason for being
