I love fall. The crispy air. The sweaters. The pollen allergies calm down. The ✨foliage✨ feels good on the eyes.

How lucky are we to experience seasons? I was talking to someone who lived in Costa Rica and she said living on the Equator meant only two seasons: hot and rainy.

What’s your favourite part about fall?

I like to feed Halley seasonal foods. I feel like Fall is the season of root vegetables. She got to munch on some ostrich and carrot meatballs on our little hike. @ohmy.dogness has treats for cats and dogs. Our code HALLEY10 gets you 10% off. 🍂

Hike with us! 🏃🏻‍♀️🦝

This is a very low effort high reward trail on the BC Sunshine Coast. It’s only 2.7km and 158m elevation (stairs and tiny scramble at the top). Easy peasy!

You get an amazing view of Keats Island, Gambier Island, and a little bit of Bowen Island on a clear day! I sat for a bit in hopes of spotting some whale spouts.

I snacked on a couple marinated quail eggs and Halley had a @ohmy.dogness ostrich and carrot meatball. Protein gainz for both of us. 😂
