This was just an idea in my head, a way to make more mom friends!

Now it looks a little more like the vision I’ve been dreaming about 💕

I want a space where moms can move their bodies, bring their babies, meet other moms, and just be moms without worrying about perfectly quiet kids or perfectly executed workouts.

This is only the beginning. ✨

I am so thankful for every mom who has shown up and helped me bring this little dream to life!!!

Using this as a reminder to myself!

My goal is for you to come to my classes and get more than just a workout! I want you to make a friend, I want your kids to make friends, I want you to feel connected to other moms and like you are not in this alone.

Motherhood is every bit as enjoyable as it is exhausting. But that’s the fun in it!
