Two weeks in Kenya and oh how I miss it ❤️

I don’t even know where to begin. These past two weeks serving at CCP’s VBS have been nothing short of incredible. Every single day I was reminded that God’s presence is not limited by language, culture, or distance. I got to laugh, sing, dance, and learn alongside some of the most joyful kids I’ve ever met and it was such a privilege to watch their eyes light up as they heard about Jesus’ love.Being in Kenya stretched me, encouraged me, and reminded me of the beauty of the global church. I came expecting to help, but God used this trip to teach me so much about faith, about joy, about trusting Him in every season. Saying goodbye was so hard, but my heart is overflowing with gratitude for the people I met, the memories made, and the ways I got to see God move in and through us.

Two weeks may not seem long, but God can do so much with a little. And I’ll carry these moments, faces, and lessons with me forever and ever 💛 thank you @chosenchildrenofpromise can’t wait to hug you all again💕💕 taken in Nairobi, Kenya by @hallieehiggins
