🇩🇪 Manchmal sitzen wir einfach da und können kaum glauben, dass das jetzt wirklich unser Leben ist.

Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit war alles noch anders.
Deutschland, unser gewohntes Leben.

Diesen Schritt zu gehen hat uns Mut gekostet.
Aber wenn wir sehen, wie unsere Kinder hier aufwachsen dürfen, wissen wir, warum wir ihn gegangen sind.

Vielleicht inspiriert dieser Post jemanden, seinem eigenen Traum zu folgen.

Denn manchmal braucht es nur einen einzigen mutigen Schritt, um ein ganz neues Kapitel zu beginnen.

🇦🇺 Sometimes we sit here and can hardly believe that this is really our life now.

Not too long ago, everything looked completely different.
Germany, the life we were used to.

Taking this step took a lot of courage.
But seeing our children grow up here reminds us every day why we made this decision.

Maybe this post inspires someone to follow their own dream.

Der erste Schritt ins Auswandern fühlt sich nie leicht an – aber er verändert alles.
Und genau hier beginnt unser A–Z der Australien-Auswanderung.

🇩🇪 Manchmal glaube ich, dass wir nach außen viel stärker wirken, als wir uns innerlich fühlen. „Aufstehen, Krone richten, weitergehen“ oder „Wenn dir das Leben Zitronen gibt, mach Limonade draus.“ Ich fühle mich gerade auf jeden Fall wie ein Stehaufmännchen 😅

Und ganz ehrlich: Laufen hilft mir, wieder aufzustehen. Ich liebe meine Kinder und die Zeit mit ihnen über alles, aber beim Laufen tanke ich die Kraft für alles andere. Was hilft euch, eure Kraft wiederzufinden?

🇦🇺 Sometimes I think we look a lot stronger on the outside than we feel on the inside. People say, “Pick yourself up, put your crown back on” or “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” I definitely feel like a little Weeble lately… I wobble, but I don’t fall down 😅

Honestly, running is what helps me get back up. I love my kids and every moment with them, but running gives me the strength to show up for everything else. What helps you find your strength again? taken in Australia by @hallodreamland

🇩🇪 Du bist mein Sohn. Du und ich, zusammen. Mit dir hat alles angefangen. Durch dich bin ich Mama geworden – und jetzt bist du schon acht. Ich kann kaum glauben, wie schnell die Zeit vergeht. Ich bin so dankbar, ein Teil deines Lebens sein zu dürfen, und hoffe, dass ich noch ganz lange an deiner Seite bleiben darf: während du groß wirst, die Welt entdeckst und ich all die besonderen Momente mit dir erleben darf. 🇦🇺 What an incredible feeling to cross the finish line of my #firsthalfmarathon ! 🥹🏅 I’m currently curled up on the couch with a cramp, probably feeling every step tomorrow too 😅 But I’ve already booked my next half marathon, and my first full marathon is waiting for me next year. Looks like 21.1 km was just the beginning

🇩🇪 Was für ein unglaubliches Gefühl, meinen ersten Halbmarathon geschafft zu haben! 🥹🏅 Ich liege zwar gerade mit einem Krampf auf der Couch und spüre wahrscheinlich morgen noch jeden einzelnen Schritt 😅 Aber der nächste #halbmarathon ist schon gebucht und nächstes Jahr wartet mein erster Marathon auf mich. 🇩🇪 Als ich das im Video gehört habe, musste ich sofort an einen Moment mit meiner Tochter denken. Ich hatte bei irgendeinem Film geweint, und sie hat mir vorsichtig die Tränchen weggewischt. „Schon okay, dass du weinst, Mama. Aber du bist so hübsch ohne Tränchen. Lass mich sie wegmachen.“ 🤍

Manchmal merkt man erst in solchen kleinen Momenten, wie liebevoll unsere Kinder auf uns achten.

Was hat dein Kind schon einmal getan oder gesagt, das dich richtig berührt hat?

🇦🇺 When I heard this in the video, it immediately reminded me of a moment with my daughter. I was crying at some random movie, and she gently wiped my tears away. “It’s okay that you’re crying, Mum. But you’re so pretty without the tears. Let me wipe them away.” 🤍

Sometimes it’s the little moments that show you just how lovingly your kids look after you, too.

🇩🇪 Folg mir bloß nicht … sonst bekommst du am Ende noch Lust, dein ganzes Leben einmal komplett auf den Kopf zu stellen. 😅

Drei Kinder, ein altes Bauernhaus, ein selbst umgebautes Wohnmobil und schließlich die Auswanderung nach Australien. Langweilig war es bei uns jedenfalls noch nie. 😂🤍

Was glaubt ihr, was als Nächstes kommt?

🇦🇺 Whatever you do, don’t follow me… or you might suddenly feel like turning your whole life upside down too. 😅

Three kids, an old farmhouse, a completely renovated motorhome and finally a move to Australia. Life with us has certainly never been boring. 😂🤍

🇩🇪 Ich bin eine Künstlerin. 😅 Nicht unbedingt mit Pinsel und Leinwand, aber darin, aus dem ganz normalen Alltag mit drei Kindern immer wieder ein kleines Abenteuer zu machen. ✨

Manchmal chaotisch, selten perfekt, aber meistens ziemlich schön. Und genau diese Erinnerungen möchte ich ihnen mitgeben. 🤍

🇩🇪 Vor unserer Auswanderung hatte ich kaum Erwartungen. Ich wusste nur, dass ich dieses Abenteuer wagen wollte. Unser Leben ist dadurch nicht einfacher geworden, aber so viel besser, als wir es uns je vorgestellt haben. Würdet ihr diesen Schritt wagen?

🇦🇺 Before moving to Australia, I didn’t have many expectations. I just knew I wanted to take the leap. Life hasn’t become easier, but it has become so much better than we ever imagined. Would you do it?
