Come with us on this mundane Wednesday going through one of the most important steps of putting trailer under My LLC AT the dreaded DMV OF NEVADA . This allows me to write off the trailer expense as a fixed asset and properly depreciate the expense ! The more you know !!

Today I had a meeting with an awesome human being who’s been serving the city’s homeless population as a non-profit for over 9 years ! I enjoyed the conversations and gained a lot of insight on the mobile food industry ! I am enjoying this process and it’s only the beginning !!!

Any tips , advice, insight , or conversation is welcome and greatly appreciated see yall soon !! - Chef OD
