What is Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine in which "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient, to encourage emotional or physical healing.

This can be done in person and even if the client is anywhere else in the world.

Reiki healing benefits:

- Promotes deep relaxation

- Removes energy

- Reduces stress and increases energy

- Enhance health and well-being

- Reduces aches and pains

- Preventive health care

- Energises and balances

This certainly helped me and it shall help you too.

Understand the meaning behind the words.

Hence expect from God. The one who is an ocean and can give you whatever you need.

Heal the heart.
Forgive everyone.

Maybe not for others but for yourself by @hamarna_healing

A very important message so beautiful put into this video.

We all have this desire inside of us where we want to be loved. Do deeply and unconditionally.

As I saw this video the words that came to my mind were
" We are already so deeply and unconditionally loved by God. We can't even measure the kind of love God has in his heart for us. His love for us can move mountains and seas so as long as we are willing to connect to him and receive it.

The hormone cycle of a man and a woman is different.

For optimum results of your efforts women can try to operate according to this if they feel it could help them.

Sometimes the loss of a loved one can create a huge impact on us.

It can stir different emotions like guilt, overthinking, wishing that it never happened and if prolonged can cause depression.

Akashic records can help heal this heavy emotions.

Maybe praying for yourself after knowing what all you have been through and still you choose to show up with kindness and love looks like this.

As I saw this reel something fluttered inside of me and I was praying for myself.
