Today marks one year of training to be a healthier and better version of myself. I was unhappy, insecure, overweight and had no self-confidence. This journey was no easy task and has taught me a lot about discipline, perseverance, stronger mentality, and to never give up. I can confidently say that I am happy with where I am. Thank you to those that have pushed me along the way. Let’s see what another year brings. by @hamchoi_nathan
