Chronicles of an inconsistent gym girl😭

I just wish there was a way to be physically fit, gain muscle and strength without engaging in any strenuous physical activity😭….anyways, till we can come up with a solution to that, I’ll just keep going to the gym.

So help me God🙏🏾

No matter how inconsistent I have been in the past, I will always find my way back to the gym. by @haminat24

I joined a nonprofit organization last year, JCI Continental Lagos, and being a member of the organization gave me the opportunity to come out of my shell. I met different people with amazing personalities, I participated in different projects, and I learnt a lot of new things.

Fast forward to this year, I was called to serve as the General Secretary of the same organization, and I’ve been serving for almost two months now. Although the job can be a little stressful, it is also very interesting and fulfilling. After all, service to humanity is the best work of life, and I am proud to serve humanity in my own little way.
