Hamlet has a wonderful team of warm, thoughtful, talented and hardworking humans who enjoy being a part of this special little place in the far northern foothills of the Catskill Mountains. We need a few more. We need an experienced bartender who knows wine and cocktails to work a few nights a week. We need reliable dishwashers who take pride in the critical role they play. We need a few waiters, backwaiters, and food runners to round out our excellent front of house. And we need a few great cooks and a dedicated sous chef to work with Executive Chef Matthew Hamilton and his crew in the kitchen.
