Walking into 2026 feeling really grateful 💛 This year brought so many good moments, so many new people, and deeper connections with friends who truly feel like family.

A lot happened. I finished my master’s with a 4.0 @suffolk_u 🎓, celebrated my 10-year undergrad reunion @smithcollege 📚, moved to Chicago so Alexis could sing at @lyricopera 🏙️, and Alexis and I celebrated one year of marriage 💍. We ran our first 5K 🏃‍♀️, completed an unreasonable number of escape rooms 🧩, showed up big for our friends, and made some new ones along the way 💕.

✨8/25/22 & 9/2/22✨ We’re engaged!! 💍🎉After two amazing proposals, some happy tears, and lots and lots of champagne, balloons and love, we are so thrilled to share our engagement with you all!

A huge thank you to @johnegan991 for capturing the moment, @ehi.omigie for helping decorate the apartment, our friends and family for their overflowing love and support, and our two cats (paid actors) for tolerating 2+ hours of photos and manhandling ❤️ We could not be more excited for this next chapter in our lives! ✨ #engayged

Also the rings were made by @rebekahbrooksjewelry 💍 (HIGHLY recommend!)

Tiger Beach with some Lemon Sharks and a large Tiger Shark named Emma 🦈 Such good boys and girls, they deserved all the pet pets.

Heading to the Maldvies this week, so expect some similar big critter videos when I get back!

From Concept to Celebration ✨🥂
So honored to witness this incredible milestone for @bethmorrisonprojects 20 years of reshaping contemporary opera and music-theater with courage, curiosity, and unforgettable artistry.

And beyond proud of @alexis_peart , whose tireless heart and brilliance brought BMP: SONGBOOK to life. From the coffee table book 📕, vinyls, CDs 💿, and anthologies to the gala that felt like pure Beth energy. Here’s to the next more music, more fun, and hopefully soon a little deserved respite.
