The kitchen, before and after.

They didn't want a dining table here. They wanted somewhere to settle in, so four deep chairs and a coffee table sit where a table would have gone. It's where the family spends their evenings.

Five light fixtures came down. One went up: a 110-inch pendant we designed with Hammerton, handblown glass in bronze, amber, and smoke. Taj Mahal quartzite, cabinets in Pashmina, and two small rooms joined into a walk-through butler's pantry.

Swipe for the before. by @hammertonlighting

We let this Powder Bath set the tone for a large whole home renovation. Hand cut crystal light fixtures, bold and whimsical wall coverings and custom cabinetry all adorned with soft brushed gold hardware are main elements that run through the design concept and I can’t wait to share more from this project! taken in Naples, Florida by @hammertonlighting

✨ BEHIND THE BUILD | WHERE ART MEETS LIGHT ✨

Great design is about more than what you see. It’s about the craftsmanship, creativity, and people behind every detail.

We had the incredible opportunity to step inside @hammertonlighting and experience firsthand the artistry that goes into creating the extraordinary lighting we incorporate into our custom homes.

Right here in Salt Lake City, Hammerton’s talented artisans transform raw materials into works of art. From hand-blown glass shaped in furnaces exceeding 2,000°F to meticulously crafted metalwork, every fixture represents a dedication to quality, innovation, and exceptional design.

At Jaffa Group, we believe every detail tells a story. That’s why we love collaborating with companies that share our passion for craftsmanship and creating truly one-of-a-kind spaces.

A huge thank you to the entire Hammerton team for welcoming us behind the scenes and giving her the opportunity to experience the artistry behind the lighting that brings our projects to life.

Because extraordinary homes deserve extraordinary details. ✨

A Cabo del Sol dining room that makes the view feel like part of the design. When you have worked in a place as long as RDG has worked in Cabo, you learn to design with the location, not just for it.

A powder room that’s feeling very moody lately…

The drama comes from the way everything works together. The deep, chocolate-toned wallpaper creates a moody backdrop, while the bold veining in the stone adds movement and dimension. Smoked glass pendants bring in a softer element, and the warm, layered finishes keep the space from feeling too dark.

This powder room is a perfect example of how the right combination of finishes can turn a small space into one of the most memorable rooms in the house.

Stay tuned as we share more of the details that brought Project Hill House to life. ✨ taken in SPACEdfi by @hammertonlighting
