For the last curation, i'd like to show the people. May this show forever remain in your heart. And if one day you forget, may this be the set that reminds you of all the love you felt that day, the people you were surrounded with and the day you feel seen.

Details. Lately things been happening right after one another that we're barely able to take it all in. So this first set i curated is to stop time in details we might have passed by too fast. The smiles, the joy, the playfulness, the emotions, the dedication and the heart that goes on stage.

Practice shoot.

Set 1 of the previous concept shoot awhile back. Used this set to practice mixing flash photography with harsh sunlight.

The Greatest.

Back to practice shoot after a long while. Wanted to play a little deeper with contrast so i chose this specific part of the song to portray the heaviness in the tones and the airy/breathy/floaty vocals.

No references, no moodboard, just a 5min brief and spontaneous directions while i capture both models chose thier pose instinctively to the music.

Mixed in with heavy contrast and soft tones edits, contrasting outfits, complementary poses, harsh highlights and deep shadows, this is how i replicate how i feel at this part of the song into visuals.

Create with intention and authenticity. In an era where its easy to grab a trend and paste your name on it, as a creative, do yourself a favour and do it from the heart.

OREDAN VOL 5

Decided to do something different for this post~ Instead of posting collages of the event, thought i did something that highlights the event!
