From Rochdale Train Station, to Manchester Victoria.

3 guys, 1 half marathon. We ran to Manchester Victoria from Rochdale Train Station in honour of hitting our target.

Alhamdulillah, because of you, we are able to provide clean water to the people of Uganda. £1500 raised with all your support.

Thank you for your continued support. BRING ON THE 4TH!!

Proud of the boys for pushing through!

My journey began as a clueless teenager…

Skinny arms, following my mates, doing random workouts and seeing no change.

I went from skinny to skinny fat — confused and frustrated.

It wasn’t until I studied Nutrition & Exercise at uni that things clicked.

I learned how to train smart, fuel right, and finally build a strong, athletic body.

Now?

I’m a Physician Associate working in hospitals…

And I see what happens when people don’t look after their health.

That’s why I coach — to help you avoid that path.

Alhamdulillah.

The support has been absolutely insane on this journey.

Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we haven’t just built one water well, but two!

One in Pakistan
One in Uganda

We began with the intention of building one water well but because of you guys, we were able to do more.

We couldn’t have done this without every single person who donated, shared and supported.

May Allah reward you all and make this a source of ongoing reward (Sadaqah Jariyah) for everyone involved.

🏃‍♂️ THEY DID IT! 🏅

From the streets of Manchester to the heart of Uganda. 🇬🇧➡️🇺🇬

Today, three incredible brothers; Feroz, Rohail and Hamza, took on the Manchester Half Marathon to raise funds towards building a water well in Uganda. And they crossed that finish line! 👏❤️

Their incredible challenge will leave a lasting impact, helping provide a community with access to clean, safe water for years to come. 💧🤲

A huge JazakAllahu Khairan to everyone who donated and supported them.

Final run before the half marathon on Sunday.

Plan is to just take it easy and focus on nutrition over the next few days. Last year I got 2 hours 14, this year anything less than that is a big W.

Hugee thank you to every single one of you who has supported me, @_rjlifestyle and @_fauji1010

Alhamdulillah we have managed to hit our target of £1500 and the people of Uganda will soon have access to more clean water InshAllah. May Allah SWT accept all your efforts and duas.
