Ingredients
6 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
¼ cup butter (½ stick)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and put it in the oven while it preheats, until the butter melts.
In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend until completely smooth.
Carefully remove the hot baking dish and pour the batter directly over the melted butter.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the pancake is golden brown and puffed up around the edges.

I think the cool thing about life is that we’re all allowed to live ours differently. 🤍 I don’t need to be relatable to absolutely everyone, and I definitely don’t think starting something means you’re obligated to do it for the rest of your life. I did daycare for years, loved it for that season, and then my life changed. I started making cups, enjoyed it, and decided it wasn’t something I wanted to continue forever, and I’ll most likely still make cups in the future. That doesn’t make those things “unfinished”, it just means I’m willing to try things, learn what fits my life, and move on when it doesn’t anymore.
