Inside, you’ll discover everything from original art and handmade jewelry to fashion, candles, home décor, accessories, gifts and so much more.

But what makes us different is the story behind what you’re shopping. These aren’t mass-produced pieces you’ll see everywhere. Every section of our store represents the creativity, talent and work of an independent artist or maker.

Meet Leticia + Marie-Louise, the women behind Handmade Co-Op. 🤎

Handmade Co-Op started with a simple idea: independent artists deserved a permanent place to be seen.

Markets can give artists an incredible opportunity to share their work, but they can also mean constantly packing, setting up, breaking down and relying on a few hours, a single weekend and even the weather to get their creations in front of people.

Leticia + Marie-Louise wanted to create something different.

A permanent storefront where artists and makers could have their work discovered beyond the weekend market. A place where they could spend more time creating while having a consistent space to showcase what they make.

That idea became Handmade Co-Op.

Today, their Downtown West Palm Beach storefront brings together 35+ independent artists and makers, giving shoppers the opportunity to discover handmade work and meet the stories and people behind it.

For Leticia + Marie-Louise, this was never about opening just another store. It was about creating a home for handmade in the heart of Clematis Street.

Yesterday didn’t go as planned. But maybe we needed the reminder. 🩷

Outdoor markets give artists incredible opportunities to meet new people, share our work, and tell our stories. But they also come with something none of us can control: the weather.

Yesterday, many of us learned that lesson the hard way. 🌧️

And it reminded us just how special it is to have a permanent home for handmade art.

A place where 38 independent artists can share what they create every single day.

A place where you can meet the makers, discover something you won’t find everywhere else, take a class, experience art being created, and support real people doing what they love.

So we’ll keep showing up at markets. We’ll keep meeting you. We’ll keep telling you about our artists.

And when you’re ready to find us again, we’ll be right here on Clematis. 🩷
