Weightlifting is fun but I think I want to try something new … more challenging??? More fun 🤩 by @handsandlevers

Why do your legs feel like lead the second you try to lock in a calisthenics skill? 🦵😩

Most of us think we just need to “try harder,” but the real problem isn’t grit. It’s a structural disconnect. 🧩

When your core, glutes, and upper back aren’t pulling their weight, your body creates compensatory tension. That sneaky energy leak goes straight into your lower limbs and makes even basic moves feel twice as heavy as they should. 🏋️‍♂️

Swipe through to see where the gap might be hiding 👉

Now I want to hear from you 👇
Which one do you catch yourself struggling with most during sessions?
🔥 Core
🍑 Glutes
