Two days. Two sold-out groups. Participants from the Netherlands and abroad. One shared standard: safer and more professional corner care.

On 26 and 27 September, we successfully completed two editions of the Handwrapping.nl Cutman Course.

Coaches, trainers, cutmen and cornermen took part in hands-on training covering wound care, swelling control and professional handwrapping techniques based on international standards — practical skills that can be used immediately in the gym, at competitions and in the corner of a fighter.

A special thank you to our instructor @minutemedicineman for sharing his expertise, international experience and practical knowledge with both groups.

Thank you to Fighting Club Van Dams for hosting us and providing an excellent training environment, and to @benb_utrecht for welcoming participants travelling from outside the Netherlands.

A big thank you to @sab.utrecht for the delicious sandwiches and for keeping everyone energised throughout both course days.

We are proud of every participant who invested in their knowledge, practical skills and the safety of fighters. Thank you for your energy and trust in @handwrapping.nl

NEXT EDITION — 8 NOVEMBER
HANDWRAPPING SPECIALISATION

A full day focused on professional handwrapping, injury prevention, recognising illegal wraps and practical taping techniques.

Want to raise your standard as a trainer, coach or cornerman?

Follow @handwrapping.nl and visit handwrapping.nl for information and registration.

Congratulations to everyone who completed the course. Together, we are raising the standard of professional corner care.

Uitgeleerd? Nooit! 🥊 📈

@sab.utrecht lunch was super geregeld 🥪 🤤
@minutemedicineman Thank you for sending me your book and for sharing the knowledge and experience you’ve built over all these years as a professional hand wrapper. 👨🏼‍🎓

💪 ♥️ by @handwrapping.nl

This past weekend we took part in an amazing professional hand wrapping course, taught by none other than Joseph Clifford @minutemedicineman 🙌🥊

Joseph Clifford is known worldwide as one of the top cutmen and hand wrappers in combat sports. He has worked with elite fighters and major organizations like the UFC, as well as numerous world title fights in boxing. With years of experience at the highest level, he truly understands how to protect a fighter’s hands while maximizing performance in the ring.

An incredible opportunity to learn directly from a true specialist. We’re excited to bring this knowledge back to our gym and take our fighters to the next level 🔥💪
