18 July 2026 | Score Marathon 2026

Wihii... another month, another 10K race! 🤍

Awalnya memang target nak PB, tapi keadaan badan kali ni tak mengizinkan. So, kita adjust target je lah... sub 1 hour pun jadi! 🤭

Lepas bulan lepas terpaksa DNS Sherun Half Marathon sebab terbabas tidur (yes, alarm kalah dengan mimpi 😭😂), kali ni memang tak nak pisang berbuah dua kali. Auto tak tidur sebelum race, siap gerak awal ke venue sebab trauma dah. 🥲🤣

Alhamdulillah, managed to finish below 1 hour. 🥹✨ Walaupun bukan PB, I’m genuinely happy with the result. Kadang-kadang, showing up, making it to the start line and crossing the finish line is already a win. 🤍

Done and dusted! ✅

20 JUNE 2026 | ALEPS EKIDEN 2026 🏁

Well, not my PB for this event sbb condition badan tak berapa nak sihat 🤒. But it’s okay, buat mana yang mampu je. 🤍

So this time, @follow_thrive hantar dua team. Satu team memang datang nak perang 🔥, satu lagi team datang nak enjoy the vibes kat Sepang 🤣 and ya, team “fun run” tu kami lah, Follow & Thrive 2 ✌🏻.

But Aleps Ekiden kali ni mmg huru-hara nau 😵‍💫 dgn tmpat transition mcm pasar ikan, sampai pening nak cari teammate sendiri 🌚. Lagi bertambah pening and stress bila Team F&T 1 dah dapat Top 3, sekali nama hilang dari result. Bukan team kitaorng je but ramai team senasib ngan kitaorng. Nasib baik ramai2 fight balik dan finally title podium dpat dekat team yang betul 🤲🏻🔥

Alhamdulillah, ada manis2 untuk Follow & Thrive kali ni ✨... 🥉 #3 for Follow and Thrive 1 & 🔥 #12 for Follow and Thrive 2 out of 206 teams! Tak letak expectation tinggi pun, just nak enjoy race kat SIC, know2 dpat Top 12. Alhamdulillah 🤲🏻🤍✨

06/06/26 : SFC 5KM RUN 2026 🏃‍♂️🔥

Layan je la hari ni. Race kat Shah Alam, so memang tak letak apa-apa target. Datang untuk enjoy route dan lari ikut rasa hati je 😂

Bukit dia tak tinggi sangat, cuma panjang sikit. Yang tu memang musuh utama sebab lemah bab bukit ni 🤣

Alhamdulillah, rezeki dapat tamatkan race dengan placing ke-6 dalam kategori Men Open. Terima kasih MPAJ atas slot yang diberikan 🙏
