Take me back to this day!!

For those days when the weather bites back, the BMF Pit Jacket by @drakewaterfowl is the only option!! Pockets everywhere and keeps you dry and warm regardless of the conditions. One of my favorite pieces.

This was a fun day on the range putting the RA1522 rifle and pistol to the test!! Pair each up with the @aegis_optics Vanguard!! Looks and shoots amazing.

Shoutout to @tetrahearing for keeping my ears protected and @subsecond_ belts for keeping my gear firmly in place.

If these trees could talk, the stories they could tell would be incredible…I consider it a privilege to stand amongst these giants and play a small part in their narrative!!

A lot of blood, sweat, and tears goes into the journey that brings us to this point, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! Hunting public timber isn’t always glamorous, but each day writes its own story. All the work culminates in this one instance, the hole is ours, and it’s game time!

One thing I love about photography is capturing special moments for those around me!! This day wasn’t a banger of a hunt, but watching a young dog make his first retrieves is always a moment you never forget!!

This was one of those mornings where nothing went as planned. We didn’t get drawn for Plan A, so we haul tail to Plan B, knowing we’d be late and most of the good holes would long be gone. We settled for a small block of flooded timber that we could access quickly and easily and knew if nothing else, we could get some good content. This was not a morning to pass on the woodies and I’m glad we didn’t. No matter how bad the morning began, standing among the trees and leaving with a band makes it all worth it in my book!!
