Thank you to the @bodyfuelfitneschampionship.ke for bringing Kenyan bodybuilding back to life and giving athletes the chance to do what they love. Events like this shape all of us, and they are not easy to organize. You went above and beyond, bringing legends of the sport to Kenya along with judges from abroad who came without bias and judged with fairness and integrity. Every result reflects the judges’ preference on the day, and a placing does not mean an athlete fell short.

It is up to our community to support these shows and their organizers so they keep coming back. Without shows, there is no bodybuilding. Mistakes will happen, but they do not define us.

Thank you to the fans who came out to support their family and friends. Without you, we are nothing, and we never take your support for granted. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success. Until the next one, in sha Allah. May we one day see Mr. East Africa return. by @hanif_physique

#transformationtuesday Last year on a day like today 8 weeks out vs this year same date 8 weeks out. Off season is the time all the work is done u pick your weaknesses and turn them into your strength it’s never about training what you like to train but prioritize on what is slacking. In sha Allah the goal is to beat last years package.. among the different things is the fact that now we have more amazing back equipments at @theburnclubke than we ever did then and we will still be getting better. Join us and be part of the winning side. And to my coach @nelbasil who doesnt settle for anything less than what he deserves been that change. My trainer @a.m_ussamah been pushing me hard now with the master @ragu_wallace @hood_gym will be pushing me more to get the most out of me. And I’m ready for whatever it takes. In sha Allah Kenya 🇰🇪 will be well presented in sha Allah. #lamu by @hanif_physique

Some battles never make it to the gym floor. The ones you fight alone, in silence, wondering why love was taken from you before you were done giving it.

Betrayal. Denial. A family that left wounds still open. A door closed between me and my kids by someone who chose themselves.

I carry all of it. But I refuse to let it carry me.

So I turn the pain into fuel. Every rep, every early morning, every day I show up when no one is clapping. Not for the world. For the little eyes waiting to see who their father became.

No one will ask how I feel. So I rise anyway. That is my victory.

Keep going. They are watching, even from far away This one will be for you ZAK wherever you are. We gonna win this son. by @hanif_physique

Iron sharpens iron. 🔥

Good to have my old friend @leesthetics at @theburnclubke for a back and delts session. It had been ages since we trained together, and we traded notes, pushed each other, and left sharper than we came.

Bodybuilding grows when we share the knowledge and the love. Our doors are open to anyone who wants to get better.

Who should I invite next? Drop a name below.👇. by @hanif_physique

Wengi tumejifunza kusema “TUKO SAWA” . Na sio kwamba tuko sawa , Ila hatutaki matatiizo yetu yageuke kuwa mziigo kwenye maisha yenu. So tuko SAWA Alhamdulillah.
