Why ‘Wild’ Wellness?

Wild is a word that’s always found me. I was described as a “wild child” growing up. At eighteen, I almost got the word tattooed on my bottom lip. The song young, wild and free lit something up in me during my adolescence. Wild to me means being your authentic self, adventurous, independent, different from the status quo.

A few years ago, in the middle of a tumultuous season of my life, my little sister gave me a book: Women Who Run With the Wolves. Clarissa Pinkola Estés writes about the Wild Women. The instinctual nature women are born with — the one modern life slowly domesticates out of us. The Wild Women follows her calling, thrives instead of survives and speaks out instead of staying quiet - she shows courage and bravery.

That’s the wild in Wild Wellness.

The instinctual, foundational parts of us that get buried under chronic stress, broken systems, and a culture that has lost the plot on what it means to be healthy and human.

Root-cause wellness is about finding your way back to what’s true and authentic in you, instead of outdated belief systems and bandaid fixes.

Wild Wellness is going deeper. Healing through nourishment and empowerment, finding our way back to our true selves ✨ by @hannah__davis___

This spring, we spent 5 weeks in Argentina, Isaias’s first time back in 5 years. It’s hard to put the experience into words. Watching him reconnect with family, friends, and places, fully immersed in his culture again, is something I will never forget.
The generosity we experienced from everyone, every step of the way was beyond special.
I am so grateful for this life
And this trip made me love him 100x more🥺 by @hannah__davis___

Somewhere along the way, silence became something we avoid.

We fill every empty moment with music, podcasts, scrolling, conversations, notifications. We rarely allow ourselves to simply be.

But beneath all of that noise is something quietly waiting.

Your own clarity.
Your own creativity.
Your own knowing.

This retreat isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about stepping away long enough to remember how to hear yourself again.

Five days in the mountains.
Three days in complete silence.

Held by yoga, meditation, breathwork, nourishing meals, sound healing, sauna, cold plunge, and the quiet intelligence of the natural world.

If you’ve been craving space more than stimulation…
If you’ve been longing to reconnect with yourself…

This may be your invitation.

Registration is now open. Link in bio.

✨Tapping into the energy of the seasons✨

Transitioning from a sedentary, busy, heads down winter - into the beauty of spring, feeling that rebirth through sunshine and nature, and the renewal of energy and life that comes with it.
Spring focus is relentless self-care, more time connecting with my people, and travel.
Happy spring equinox🌞🌸🌷🌱☯️☀️ by @hannah__davis___
