Meet Hannah & Caroline. Just two friends who believe wellness and a social life can coexist.

“Hey y’all! I’m Hannah, the founder of Daybreak. A few months ago, Daybreak was just an idea in my notes app. It started from a feeling I couldn’t shake. I’ve been on both sides of the extreme: having too much fun at the expense of my health and feeling like I had to be the world’s version of the perfect wellness girl. Somewhere along the way, I found my best self in the middle, but I was frustrated that I still felt like I had to choose which version of myself to show. That’s the heart behind Daybreak. It’s for the girls who don’t want to chase perfection. Instead of waiting until everything is perfect, I’m choosing to build this in real time, & bring you along for the journey. My hope is that Daybreak becomes a place where you find comfort in the unknown, realize you never have to fit inside one box & discover what balance looks like for you. “Hi everyone! I’m Caroline, the Head of Operations at Daybreak! When Hannah was still in the early stages of creating Daybreak, she came to me with this idea and asked if I thought it had potential. The moment she shared her vision, I absolutely fell in love with it. I felt deeply connected to what she was trying to create and knew I wanted to help bring it to life in any way I could. Like many college students, I’ve spent a lot of time wondering what life after graduation will look like. The uncertainty can be intimating, but knowing a community like Daybreak exists has completely changed my perspective. Instead of fearing what comes next, I’m excited for it. What makes Daybreak so special is it provides a place where women can build meaningful connections, and balance their professional and social lives. It’s a community that reminds us we don’t have to navigate life alone.
