Some people say you can change for the person you love, but I think there’s something even sweeter about changing because of the person you love. 🤍🤎

I always thought “love changes you” was just another cliché—until I met you.

You met me in a season where I felt like the worst version of myself, and somehow, you picked me up, brushed me off, and helped me find my way to the best version of me. Not by asking me to become someone different, but by loving me in a way that made me want to grow.

It’s crazy to think about the way the Lord can place two people in the same room, in the same city, at exactly the right time—and suddenly two completely separate stories become intertwined. Two paths that had been written long before either person knew where they were leading.
So i guess you could say i found you when i went looking for me.

You can run. You can search. You can try to write the story yourself. But when God has something good planned and brings two people together for a purpose, His plans have a beautiful way of finding you anyway.

Maybe that’s what it means to find your missing rib—not someone who completes you, because only the Lord can do that, but someone who feels like they were written into your story all along.

Forever thankful God put you in mine. 🤍 by @hannah_hilson
