POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve been waiting all year to replace the pinned post that said my books were only available through Amazon, and now I finally can!

I’m going to keep working to expand distribution, especially with ebooks (as those are still currently only available through Amazon.)

And I’ll update the bookstores as I go (🤞🏻).

I took a picture this morning. No makeup, just me. Please excuse the wrinkles, I smile A LOT.

My name is Hannah Cabrera and I love to write books. I also love to connect with other people because everyone is so amazing in their own way and everyone has a story to tell! Here’s a couple of things about me: (Also, I just realized the little emoji bullet list looks totally like AI, but I promise this is all me!! 😂)

🏃‍♀️I’m training to run a half marathon this year! I’m absolutely terrified because the farthest I’ve ever run before is just over 6 miles, but I’ve decided this is the year I’m doing things that scare me!

🎮 I love video games! I’m a HUGE Legend of Zelda fan, but also love playing Mario games and Super Smash Bros with my kids.

👑 I used to have my own princess party company that was mostly just me and friends dressing up as princesses and doing birthday parties and other fun kid events.

🇵🇪 I graduated with a degree in Latin American Studies. I speak Spanish fluently and can tell you a bunch of random political, social, and geographical facts about the region. (I put the Peruvian flag there because I mostly use my degree to understand my Peruvian husband 😂)

👯‍♀️ Much to the chagrin of my children, I love striking up random conversations with people when I’m out (mostly at the grocery store).

🪖 I’ve been an army wife for nearly 12 years.

🎤 I grew up doing theater with my family at a small community theater and in middle school and high school. I took about a 15 year hiatus before getting back into theater with my kids!

I imbue quite a bit of my personality into the books I write. You should go check them out 😉

Before Coco or The Book of Life ever came out, Day of the Dead was one of my favorite holidays. As a Latin American Studies major in college, I was encouraged to celebrate it by my amazing Mexican friends. I love remembering my loved ones who have passed on and now as a mom, it is one of my favorite holidays to celebrate with my kids.

¡¡Feliz día de los muertos a todos!!

Today was the first time that it was POURING RAIN for the entire duration of my book sale. 😮‍💨

Nonetheless, I had a great time, met some wonderful people and even sold a few books! And the best part was my books didn’t even get wet. Hooray for plastic bags!

As you can see, organization is NOT one of my talents. I mean, gosh, we can’t be good at everything, right?? 😂😂

Seriously, though, I love in-person sales, they are one of my very favorite parts of being an author.

I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but I love a good villain redemption arc.

My Stepsister’s Wedding takes place ten years after the Cinderella story. After receiving a letter stating that her stepmother is dying, Ella has the opportunity to provide forgiveness and healing to a stepfamily that never deserved it.

Available for pre-order on Amazon and directly through my website!
