2nd tri highlights 🌸

the second trimester “honeymoon phase” finally made an appearance in the second half 😅 shared a gorgeous shower in steven’s hometown in virginia with @samm_ceeee, who I’ve loved getting to experience this chapter of life with 🤍 butterflies thinking about our baby girls being together so soon!

healthy baby scans, stats, and tests during each check-up have been such a blessing. the nervous feeling of hoping your body is keeping this tiny human inside of you healthy is something you can’t understand until you experience it yourself. how amazing is it to love and care for someone you’ve never met so much? it has been so fun to see what’s she’s up to in there whenever we get the chance. I cannot wait to meet this active little girl 👶🏼

more weekends snuggling the boy who made me an auntie, and learning everything there is to know from @taragracedancer who is the best mama ever. there is nothing like your siblings having babies 💙

kitty has been feeling VERY spoiled thinking every new piece of furniture and toy in the nursery is hers. always as close to the belly as possible, soaking up all the love before she isn’t the only baby anymore 🥲

finally got my appetite for sweets back after 5 months, and finding little pink gems everywhere (especially facebook marketplace) 🎀

sending time with friends, eating all my favorite foods, staying fed by @steven_davis728 (even though he makes the BEST cocktails right in front of me) and being on broadway way more pregnant than I ever planned 😆 taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @hannahdancer

it’s officially baby month, so time to catch up and reminisce on all my favorite moments. spent my birthday weekend back in March this year with my favorite people in Indiana. my mom and sister threw me the most beautiful baby brunch on the lake on the morning of my 29th birthday 🎀 spoiled the whole weekend with baby snuggles from my favorite little boy, good food + mocktails, and mini surprise bday party by @taragracedancer ❤️🏁 taken in NWI - The Region by @hannahdancer

Indianapolis SX ❤️🏁

Catching up on my digital scrapbook. Recap of our first Indy @supercrosslive and @steven_davis728’s first time in Indy. diaries from the first trimester (that lasted 20 weeks)

1. seeing @johnmayer the week we found out, the most full circle moment. (still smiling, symptoms hadn’t hit just yet)
2. the night before I took a test: sushi at @okunashville, one of my fav restaurants in this city. couldn’t believe I was not devouring this as I usually would (food aversions already hitting)
3. nausea all. day. long. forcing myself to go on walks to get my two lifelines: sweet tea & apple juice
4. journaled from the day we found out. I cannot wait for our daughter to read these one day.
5. worked many back to back doubles for 4 months, silently fighting for my life lol.
6. couch snuggles with these two (still happening most hours of the day)
7. seeing baby for the first time :’) no words
8. trying to make it through every work day (impossible)
9. drove overnight to see @taragracedancer go through labor. i’ll remember these 30 hours forever
10. our first pregnancies together coming to an end :’)
11. spent holidays with our favorite little girls. can’t wait for TWO more next christmas @samm_ceeee!!
12. #1 dad already. would not have survived without you @steven_davis728 🤍
13. newborn naps with luke van. still cannot believe you’re real.
14. playing auntie and uncle, celebrated lukey’s first christmas
15. the bump could no longer hide, making its broadway debut lol
16. kitty has to be right on my belly at all times (still)

19. being pregnant with both my sister and SIL has been a dream. cannot wait to see all these babies together.
