Here’s a glimpse into the past 6 months of my life! This season included doing the School of Foundation and Identity (S.O.F.I.) and staffing the summer with VSM. The next pictures will give you a window into what my life and ministry looks like and the people who I get to share it with! 😊

I graduated a three month discipleship school. There was a lot learned and grown through in this season. It’s definitely one that made an impact that will carry forth with me.

Had some traveling missionaries stop in. We went and saw the sunrise on the beach one morning. Grateful to have them come alongside our ministry for a couple of weeks! ☀️

Getting to be an example to the kids at camps by bringing spiritual things into our everyday lives.

We hosted our first ever Summer Camp this year! We went to Tennessee for 5 days and got to have fun while also have kids be shown what it looks like to daily walk with God and be obedient to Him.

I am officially back from my first mission trip to Ecuador (and hopefully not last)! Getting to see and experience mountains, valleys, volcanos, waterfalls, a jungle: it was truly awe-inspiring.
While getting to see all these physical expressions of God and His creation was beautiful, something that was more beautiful to me was getting to watch and be a part of the way He was revealing Himself to His children. Especially during the camp, but even in all the activities, sharing of testimonies, conversations: watching people wake up to His heart for them, watching walls break down, watching kids fight for intentionality with Him, was something so meaningful to watch. I have seen and felt that there truly is nothing like it. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to go on this trip! I will be sending out a newsletter soon sharing more about the trip, but if you have any questions or would like to no more I would love to share! 🫶🏻

Hey guys, I’m so excited to share with you two upcoming trips I will be taking with VSM!

This August 17-26 we will be going to Ecuador! There will be 15 of us going and the total cost of this trip is $1200. I can’t wait to “Go” and do the good works that God has prepared for us there. In my going, I ask that you pray about helping to “Send” me out into this mission.
The second trip that I ask you to pray about investing and “sending” me in is our very first VSM Summer Camp! That’s right, July 27-31 we will be taking a group of kids to Tennessee for a summer camp. The goal of this trip is to have 5 days to invest into these kids and show them what it looks like to daily walk out their relationship with God. There will be spiritual times, intentional times, learning to encourage others, and lots of fun on this trip. I mean, it’ll have whitewater rafting, paintball, a lake with a blob, ziplining and a ropes course; it’s a youth summer camp after all!
The cost for this trip is $400 per person, including us staff. I actually ask that you not only pray about and consider how you can financially invest in me for this trip, but also invest in some kids that want to go but might now have the money to.

I am officially back from California! What an amazing trip that was impactful not just on others, but on my own heart as well!

We got to serve at the ranch, meet and share with people, and do some outreaches.
While in California there was a lot that God stirred up in me and did in my heart. Overall it was a beautiful trip that I am grateful for the opportunity to have gone on! To anyone who gave financially towards the trip or prayed for me and my team, thank you!

Shoutout to @veritas_shapes_ministries for hosting a great pickleball tournament last month!

Getting to help host this event and participate in it was an opportunity that I’m super grateful for! Thank you @rebekah_knute2364 for playing with me and @schneiderglynn for bringing home bronze with me! It was cool to get to learn how to play something competitively and keep my thoughts and attitude in check along the way. For me, the most important thing was to have fun, and overall I would say I succeeded! Thank you @doug_vsm and @mcpierce33 for putting this tournament on and for helping me get to the point where I could play in it! Can’t wait for the next one!

****MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION****
December 4 -11 a group of girls, myself included, will be going to Oceanside, California for a mission trip! We will be staying at and partnering with Rising Tide Ranch and Unleashed Ministries. As someone who has been to this ranch on a mission trip last year, I am super excited for the opportunity to go back, this time as a girls trip! Getting the chance to serve this ministry and these people with my sisters is something that I am very grateful for. I will be sending out a newsletter soon with all the details, but wanted to go ahead and let you guys know what’s happening. Here are ways you can be praying for me on this mission:
- Pray for our team as we Go and serve, for us to be unified in our fight to make love look like something
- Pray about partnering with me financially. The total cost for the trip is $1200 and I need to raise it by November 29

Hey guys, I realized that apart from my Peru update I haven’t posted in a long time. So I wanted to make this post to give you guys a glimpse into what my life has looked like the past couple of years!

From a ministry aspect, there has been so much that I have gotten to witness God doing in my life and in the lives of those around me. Though I haven’t been on staff with VSM, I have been volunteering a lot and even did the internship again this past summer. Between surf camps, the Hub, board meetings, mission trips, and other trips and events, I’ve gotten to spend intentional time investing into people and building relationships with them. I’ve gotten to see God work in people’s lives and them grow into who they were created to be.

I’ve also personally grown a lot spiritually by being involved in this local missionary work. By being around people who are fighting for a standard in their life and helping me to fight for that standard as well (I live in a house with 6 other girls now), I have been able to make changes needed to be the godly daughter and woman I am supposed to be.

All that being said, life has been full of really cool and really crazy moments recently, from spending time with people I consider to be brothers and sisters, to breaking my nose playing ultimate frisbee. There’s been really funny moments, as you can see by some of the pictures, and really spiritual moments like getting to share with a kid about having a relationship with God and eternal life. I am really grateful for where God has placed me and who He has placed me around in this season of life and for what He has been doing in my heart and in the heart of those around me! I can’t wait to see what more He has in store for me!

Hey guys, I am back from Peru!

And what a beautiful trip it was! The work that my team got to do and that God did in and through us was beautiful. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to go back to the place where I had my first mission trip. This couldn’t have been done on my own, it was through the help of you guys supporting me and sending me on my go. So thank you for giving to me and for praying for me as I went on this journey. It truly was a blessing!
Me and my team got to sand, plaster, and paint the church in Chincha Alta pastored by the Saurez family. I believe God used those long hours to work in all of us and to help us unite as a team better. We also got to host a game of S.K.A.T.E.!. There were guys that came from an hour or two away just to join in and to hear the testimonies that were being shared at the end of the day. They were genuinely interested in what was being shared and wanted to talk more about it. While at the park, we also taught some of the local kids to skate and gave away some boards so they can continue to do so. It was cool to get to encourage them to share and encourage each other as they skate; to let it be something that brings them together.
In Peru I believe God spoke to all of us individually as well. There’s something about getting away from my normal day-to-day life and getting in a completely different culture that opens up more opportunities for God to speak. All in all, this was a beautiful trip that I can walk away from and see that a real impact was had. ***Mission Trip Update***
Hey everyone! Coming up August 12-19 I have the opportunity to go to Peru for a mission trip! Me and my team will be going down to serve the Suarez family and their church.I have seen fruit from the trips taken to serve this family before, and have no doubt this time will be the same!

I am excited to get to “Go” into all the world again, well Peru, and be on mission for these people. However in order for me to “Go” , I need help being sent. The total cost for each person for the trip is $1200 and I still need to raise $1000 of that. Please consider praying about coming alongside of me and this mission by being the “Send” to my “Go”.

Here’s Hannah, one of our VSM Interns this summer!

“Hi, my name is Hannah Grace! I’ve been involved with VSM for a couple of years and I’m so excited to do the summer internship with them! I can’t wait to spend these next few months encouraging and fighting for the kids I’ll get to be around. I’m also grateful that I’ll have this season to put more effort into becoming a godly daughter and what it means to walk that out. It’s going to be a summer full of learning, growing, and investing(sowing seeds).
