Been wondering what I can treat? Here’s a breakdown..

A few more specialized areas/diagnoses I can treat include headaches, dizziness, TMJ dysfunction, and pelvic health for men and women.

Pull-up isometrics 30 second hold to negative x5
Bent over row 3x12 each
Cable chest fly 3x8

Ever wondered what a longevity session might look like? Here’s what I did with @petermarkcampbellmusic this week!
First, a symptom & goals check in, followed by manual treatment to the areas currently bothering him.
Then any necessary accessory work - we focused on core and eccentric hip control this time.
Then we have the rest of the hour to work on agility, strength, and new skills to continue to progress him towards his long term goals.
The makeup of a longevity session is different for everyone, but perfect for anyone wanting to stay ahead of injuries, maintain strength and mobility, and continue doing the things they love for years to come! 🫶🏻

If your PT isn’t getting you back to your goals, you might want to start looking for a new PT…
Most of the time this is of no fault of the therapist, but because of insurance limitations cutting off visits when you reach certain objective goals. The sad reality is that insurance doesn’t care if you can go back to your hobbies or higher level goals, they just want you to be functional for activities of daily living and once you meet that goal you’re cut off. This is one of the main reasons I decided to move away from insurance based care..
If you’re tired of letting the insurance company decide what you can do in a session and you want your PT to be able to do what’s best for YOU, you’re finally in the right place. Welcome to Elevate615. 💙 by @hannahjo_pt

And for my next trick.. 10 minutes with the swing trainer for Partober! Follow along with me as I dedicate the month of October to getting better at golf. I think the swing trainer is going to be key for me. Compare this to my last video and let me know the difference you see in swings with clubs vs trainer!

Come with us to the driving range to kick off “Partober”, where I spend the month of October dedicating at least 10 minutes per day to improving my golf game. This range session we worked on drills to help me have better form at impact and improved follow through. My biggest focus this month is improving consistency with my swing!
