Shoulder season at the lake. Wow. My last day in Venice to just a couple days ago in North Lake- photos in chronological order. From my car breaking down twice, to moving to a new town, 3 parties in three weeks. First time touching the playa, snow days in April, and elevation sickness. Pace of life here is slower. The partying is less frequent but harder. Countless individuals near and far supporting my transition. Using all the wellness skills I worked so hard to build in SoCal in a gentler environment. I’m learning to integrate what it means to be a fairy and live communally in a mindset of family first. Ãlokah- glimmer, luster, light, beholding….in Sanskrit. This word pretty much sums it up. May the light and river abundance prevail ALWAYS. If you made it this far thanks for reading and being on this beautiful path with me. Deep love always. by @hannahmackerz
🎶 Did you know? At @hotroom_yoga we have mini soundbaths during our Vinyasa classes on Fridays! ✨ Plus, join us for a special Bikram Beats + Soundbath Friday the 3rd with @hannahmackerz for a truly immersive experience. Classes with Soundbath Schedule: •Mondays at 12 PM and Fridays at 9:30 AM with Brooke @sea__pony, Fridays at 12 PM with Katie @katiecyoga (pictured in video) Why sound baths are amazing: 🌿 Deep relaxation: The vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls and drums help your nervous system shift into a state of calm. 🧘 Stress relief: Sound therapy can reduce cortisol levels and ease tension in both body and mind. 🌀 Enhanced meditation: The resonant tones make it easier to enter a meditative state, even if you’re new to meditation. 💫 Energy balancing: Many believe sound frequencies can help align your energy centers (chakras). 😴 Better sleep: Regular exposure can improve sleep quality and help you feel refreshed. Come flow, relax, and recharge all in one class. 🌟 #encinitasyoga #hotyoga #hotroomyoga #mindbodysoul by @hannahmackerz

My notorious re-edit. I have FINALLY figured out how I wanted this shoot to look. After searching and growing and changing my work for a while, I’ve settled where I want my stuff. Tryna do some more creative work like this soon, so GET STOKED. • Also the fact that this is all digital, but I got it to a spot I really love is so sick. Really proud of my work lately, in a way I haven’t been yet. Finally getting the inside of my brain onto y’all’s screens. • Canon R6 Digital by @hannahmackerz

Yesterday I met a man named Geoffrey who decided to try breath work because he’s batting stage 4 cancer….. so he wound up at @breathedegrees through friends recommending. I did my typical walk through for new clients. Class went fine. I talked him through the cold plunge, he rocked it. When all was said and done he looked at me with the most powerful blue eyes I’ve ever seen and said, “everyone has to have a purpose to live, it’s what keeps us going”. This is one small story. Every day. I experience these kinds of interactions at work. Not exaggerating. I’m beyond honored. I get to levitate and create and speak life and connect deeply with others. Learning the constant balance of it all, but beyond blessed for exactly where I’m at right now. 📸 @israelpalacio by @hannahmackerz
