POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two years of HP Consultancy ✅

Year two brought many lessons, growing pains and moments of clarity. I still fiercely love what I do, who I get to do it for and with. I’m in the business of thoughtfully helping small businesses (which I’m incredibly passionate about!) grow in real ways and creating long-lasting relationships on their behalf. These relationships are fostered by a tremendous respect for creators and the vulnerable work they do. I’m also in the business of working with founders and incredible creatives who encourage me and make me a better human.

While at times utterly terrifying (do any of us actually know what we’re doing?!), working for myself has given me the freedom to be creative and the time and space to be there for those I love. To the clients, mentors, friends and family who supported me and cheered me on in year two: thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m excited to continue to grow together in year three.

I’m notoriously bad about sharing what I’m up to in my professional life. Thus, I give thee my annual *highlight* reel. Best taken with a grain of salt! taken in Austin, Texas by @hannahpickett_

Year one ✅

A year ago this week I sent out my first box send for @earlybirdcbd (and a week before I somehow figured out how to form an LLC). I was sick and terrified but it was THRILLING. Since then it’s been just that—scared sh!tless but having the best time doing it! I regularly pinch myself AND learn a new tough lesson just about every month/week/day.

My business is not my identity but it’s incredibly fulfilling. It allows space for me to be creative in ways I didn’t know I needed to be. And, it has led me to form relationships with some of the kindest/gracious/most supportive humans.

To the amazing clients who have allowed me to scream their names from the rooftop: thank you, thank you, thank you. If you aren’t using @earlybirdcbd @getsidedish @madein products yet, what are you waiting for?!

P.S. thank you to the kindest @baylieb_photography for taking headshots of someone that doesn’t love being in front of the camera!! taken in Austin, Texas by @hannahpickett_
