Good morning, sunshine! ☀️

Summer is in full swing and I’ll be spending plenty of time in the @QVCUK studio over the next few weeks, sharing some wonderful wellbeing and beauty offers.

(…determined not to get distracted with the fact that there are some fab Christmas items backstage already! 🎄😂)

And, as you can see, my arm is back in action after the break! 💪🤍

I hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine and having a lovely summer so far. ☀️

Reformer Pilates has been sitting at the top of my wellness list for such a long time… and I finally ticked it off! ✅🙂

A big thank you to @tenhealthfitness @speed_comms + @olbassg — the class, the socks, the burn… all SO good.

If you’re building your winter wellbeing routine, put this on it 🤍

The show goes on ✨🦋

A little reminder that life doesn’t always go to plan… but we always get to choose how we respond.

This arm may be temporarily out of action, but the work continues 💃✨

The work I do through @beingandbeyond has supported me tenfold lately, a real reminder that the way we think, navigate challenges and adapt to change truly matters. 💕🩵

My first Half Marathon! ✅ 1:58:50 🏃‍♀️
A very last-minute decision to join my friends at @runthroughuk in Richmond Park turned out to be a great one! I had such a fab time! 🤩 This was my first event/competition since my bikini fitness days! The simultaneous pain and joy at the finish line says it all. 😅😂

Here’s to new challenges, new goals, and embracing the love for health and fitness in so many ways! 💙🏃‍♀️💪

My mantras for today:

“This is EASY!”
“Light work.”
“Warming up for life.”
“I do hard stuff.”

The stories we repeat shape how we move through life.

The goal isn’t just to pretend life is easy.

The goal is to become the kind of person who can meet it.
