Just some photos of my friends and travel times :) @hannahsayce (these are not meant to be good photos just for fun hehe )

POSTS STORIES REELS

My trip is now coming to an end 🥹 but I was thinking to myself that I can’t remember the last time I had so much fun! It’s been a trip full of laughter and wonderful people.

This weekend, I got to go on stage and play a team chess game against GothamChess, which is still surreal to me because I started watching his videos when I was learning chess!! And I still can’t believe that in the same month I also got to meet my idol, Judit Polgar, and play a game against her too 🥹❤️

I made so many new friends on this trip and got to spend more time with old ones, too. I had so much fun travelling with Alexandra in Greece and Budapest, and doing some karaoke with Pietro, Tushar and Alex too :)

I stayed with the lovely Lula in Paris, spent time exploring the city and meeting her friends who were all sooo nice (+ we watched the Facebook movie but we don’t talk about that)

I also visited Vienna and Prague, which were both such beautiful cities, even though I think my tour guide made me climb 1 million stairs in Prague. :’)

The European Club Cup was really a highlight, and I couldn’t wish for a better team than Anna, Anna-Maja and Katharina. It was my first team event, and I really enjoyed how we could celebrate each other’s wins and lift each other’s spirits after tough matches. It was also so great that we were able to stream the event and have all the support from chat, and Matt was very helpful in getting us some live footage of our games for the stream. And of course, it was great to have our captain, Tushar, who made sure I was never short of pasta or tiramisu 🙃

And Cologne was an amazing last stop to meet more great people at the GothamChess tour. Fiona and Levy were sooo nice, and Matthias was very kind, even when I was forcing him to make puzzle reels with me.

I had been through some difficult times in recent years, but this trip was a reminder of all the great things in life, and I’m so happy that my biggest problem in life right now is losing a chess game :’). I am thinking back to where I started in 2021 and even back to when I was a kid, and I can really say I’m so proud of myself and where I am today :)) by @hannahsayce.camera

This tournament was such a fun experience with my amazing team 🥰❤️ I learned so much and I can’t wait to compete again. Thank you everyone for cheering us on 🥳 ECC Romania 2027 here we come 🥳🥳🥳
