Definitely not the way I wanted to end my season! Brain farted and tried to pump a double didn’t end well. I have 4 broken vertebrae a broken sternum and still waiting to see if my left knee and hip are okay. The next few months are going to be pretty boring but can’t wait for next season!!

I can’t believe I have to wait another four year to do this again. It all happened so fast and I am sad that it’s all over. This was an amazing experience and feels so life changing. I didn’t have an impressive result but I really put my all into my race.

Earlier this season I was supposed to race in Italy for a World Cup but as many know I didn’t start. I didn’t crash or get hurt in any physical way, I had been dealing with some mental struggles on course for a while before. So for those reasons my coach’s and I decided it would be best if I pulled. So coming back to Italy I was worried that I might deal with the same situation again and while I did have some tough training days I felt so much more prepared for the Olympics physically and MENTALLY! It isn’t always talked about the battles you have in your head but it’s a part of sport and I finally felt ready to share what’s been happening to me. Thank you to my coach’s and all my teammates who have been there for me so many times I appreciate everyone for the kind messages and posts.🫶🏻
